Since becoming head coach of this fabulous swim scheme my ambition has been to develop a programme that can provide the elite swimmers of Doncaster with a progressive and challenging training environment that can provide each and every swimmer the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
My hope is that through continuing to develop upon the current high levels of coaching on offer by all of the DARTES poolside team, and through creating closer links with our feeder clubs, it may be possible to regain the status DARTES once had at a national level and produce successful swimmers of this standard on a regular basis.
