You might find me splashing around in the top squad (when not coaching); you get a prize for finding me at open meets or county championships; and you'll win the lottery before catching me on the phone.

Having said that, I normally respond to emails within the hour (my record is less than a minute). So if you need to contact me urgently, email is definitely the way to go.
