Between 6pm and 7pm on Tuesday evenings at Adwick (from 25th Feb), circuit
training sessions will be available for all
DARTES members (swimmers
and parents).
2Mar: 2002 All Over Again
Last year's neck and neck tussle between CoWakefield and SAS, which culminated
in the league's first ever swim off, looks like repeating itself. 138 points
each for 1st place. Spa and Rossington bring up the rear.

25Jan: Edlo Snatch 3rd -- Just
In an evenly matched and exciting opener to BML2, Edlington
secure 3rd place by 1 point. BoBarnsley took the honours.
19Jan:
Bronze at BoK 200/400
Andrew Butterfield, Doncaster's sole representative, was 3rd
in the 200m Bc at the BoKirklees 200/400 meet.
19Jan: Adwick Joint Leaders
After Armthorpe's big win, the pressure was on Adwick to follow
suit against Spa -- they didn't disappoint.
18Jan: Sharks Bite Again
The very best start to the year for South Axholme, winning their
PL3 encounter by 42 points.
18Jan: Armthorpe Roll On
The first Dinsdale League fixture of the year saw Armthorpe
romp home against an inexperienced Edlington team.
12Jan: 2nd Place in Speedo Div 1
In our first year back in the National Speedo League (North
East), we manage runners up spot behind CoLeeds B in division 1.

22Feb: Adwick Start Well
Adwick opened their PL1 campaign with second place behind a
Wakefield team making full use of their home advantage.
16Feb: PL2 Opener
Doncaster's 3 clubs in PL2 were left behind by South Holderness.
Spa 2nd, Edlington 3rd, Rossington 4th.
8Feb: Yorkshire Bronze for A Team
The Mens A Team won Freestyle Bronze at the Yorkshire Senior
Team Championships.
6Feb: Swim21 with Sally Skipper
A useful workshop with Sally Skipper was attended by representatives
from DARTES, Edlington,
Armthorpe, Dearne Valley, Don Valley, and Spa. A follow up meeting is scheduled
for April 29 at Elmfield House.
2Feb: Golds Galore at Harrogate
One weekend and 6 Gold medals at a designated meet -- are the
Golden Days returning?
Emma Ashcroft led the charge with 2 Breaststroke Golds and another huge PB
into the bargain. Laura Hill, Cherelle McPherson, and the Bevans sisters claimed
the other 4.
Special mention must be made of Chantal Aldridge who came home with 4 medals
(1 Silver and 3 Bronze). Jason Leeson, Ash Craighill, and Niall Wainwright were
the other medalists.
