21st May - Triathlon Success

Congratulations to DARTES swimmer Rebecca Milnes who competed in the British Junior Triathlon Championships at Llanelli on the 21st of May. This consisted of a 750m open water swim, a 20km bike ride & 5km run. Rebecca finished in 5th place overall competing against 17-19 yr olds from across the UK.

Rebecca was also recently crowned the 2006 Lincolnshire County Triathlon Champion having beaten all competitors at the championships at Woodall Spa.

13th May - Yorkshire Masters

Only 2 swimmers represented DARTES in the Yorkshire Masters Championships this year. They were Dave Cuthbert who won 4 gold medals and Lois Farrier who who 2 gold and 2 silver medals.
