Entry Fee: £3.50 per event
Coaches Pass: £10 each (including program, results sheets & food during interval)

The competition will be run under ASA laws and ASA technical rules
Entries on a first come basis - Apply early

About The Venue

- Held at the Adwick Leisure Centre
- 6 lane, 25m pool;
- electronic timing;
- large car park
- viewing gallery (limited capacity)

Age Groups

The meet age groups are as follows: 

9 yrs, 10 yrs, 11 yrs, 12 yrs, 13 yrs, 14 yrs, 15 yrs & Open

All age groups are age on the day

Events

All events are heat declared winner.
All events are subject to Cut-Off Times (except the 50m Fly sprints).

9, 10, 11 & 12 Years - 50m all strokes and 100m Medley
13, 14, 15 & Open - 100m Back, Breast, Free, Medley and 50m Fly

Note - To be eligible to enter the 50m Fly competitors must also be entered in at least one other event.

Awards

Awards to the first 6 swimmers in each age group, on a heat declared winner basis.

Any competitor swimming more than 3 seconds faster than a 100m cut off time, or 1.50 seconds faster than a 50m cut off time, will be presented with a Speeding Ticket, but not a medal or plaque.
