Prizes
We spend a lot of time, money, and effort making sure our meets are a cut above the rest, and the prizes on offer reflect that.
The high quality awards presented to competitors are always a hit.
We continue receiving compliments and thank you messages from swimmers and parents for most of the rest of the year.
For 2011 you can expect more of the same. Our Meet Management Team have been hunting through trophy catalogues for months to find a selection of distinctive prizes for our meets, just to give you something a little special.
A Fabulous Meet -- But Don't Take Our Word For It!
After all the hard work of putting on such a headline meet, it's nice to know those popping along each year appreciate it. Here's a selection of what they've had to say about our meets in recent years.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say how well organised the gala was yesterday. So many of the children had a fantastic day with lots of pbs. It was great to see children who may not be elite swimmers, but do train hard and enjoy the sport gaining speeding tickets as well as trophies. My daughter being one of them!
She feels it was the best gala she has been to. Being successful is infectious and I could see she was so motivated and focused for the entire day (even in the 100m Fly which she said nearly killed her!!!) She was rewarded with a host of trophies and Top C Grade 13 year old girl (Something she never believed could happen).
Thanks again for all the effort your team put into yesterday's very successful event.
Regards
Bron and Jenny Collins
Just a quick note to say thanks for yet another excellent meet yesterday.
You guys are certainly setting the standard.
Please pass on my thanks on behalf of everyone who attended / competed from Team Jorvik to the Doncaster Dartes "Team"
Kind Regards,
Graeme Taylor -- Team Jorvik
Dear Cris, thank you for a great meet yesterday. Our swimmers came away with lots of trophies rather than medals and these are different so they appreciate them more. A busy meet that worked very well changing the 10yr girls to the afternoon.
Getting the £2.00 back for returning the pass is a great idea.
Lucy
I just wanted to say a big thank you on behalf of Pocklington Dolphins. The gala was very well organised and enjoyable. Our swimmers came away with some trophies, medals and speeding tickets ... (which they were proud of their speeding tickets).
Thank you once again will see you at the Adwick gala.

Louise Robson (Adwick)
On behalf of Dronfield Dolphins I should like to congratulate Doncaster Dartes on yet another well run gala. All our swimmers thoroughly enjoyed themselves, for some it was their (and their parents) very first open event and your gala has inspired them to enter more.
Thanks once again, I am certain you will see our swimmers at the Halloween meet.
Yours,
Malcolm Pratt
Dronfield Dolphins
