We received word of strange goings on out in the sticks on the Isle of Axholme. It turns out some bright spark came up with the idea of holding a swimming version of an egg and, err, well just an egg race really.

which just makes us wonder: is it genetic or is there something in the water out there on the Isle of Axholme. There's something quite fetching about seeing a Yorkshire Backstroke finalist with an egg on his head, don't you think? |
