Middlesbrough Residential Weekend, 2009

Every once in a while, we take a very select group of athletes away to a top class open meet and stay in a hotel for the weekend. Just swimmers, coaches, and chaperones. Call it what you will: team-building; reward for all their hard work; or just plain stupidity. It's usually huge fun and enjoyed by all.
