The two land training sessions should be considered compulsory.
*** Strictly invitation only, for older athletes in need of 18 hours.
Total = 18 Hours Water Based (up to 2 Hours Land Based)

Target hours for each age are as shown in the table below. Matching these as closely and consistently as possible is what we expect from everyone in Phase 5. Those recovering from injury or 15+ may have a personalised target for themselves (discuss with your coach if this applies to you).
